I am so excited for Spring to come. This is so super cute sitting on my shelf. It was made pretty much the same way as I did these Love Blocks. What was different I have pictures for.
So, here are the blocks, cut, sanded, painted, and modpodged.
The difference is that on the 'i' block, I wanted to do a flower. So I just cut paper in the shape of a stem and leaf. Then a made a rosette flower out of pink polka dot fabric.
Here she is all put together!
Okay, so now don't you just want to make one?
I bought these eggs at Hobby Lobby. I spent maybe four dollars and just used craft paint and glitter to make them sparkle and be more colorful. Really fun to do. My son even helped me paint the glitter on. It was a little time consuming because you can only paint one side at a time then wait to flip it, but they turned out really cute.

I saw this over on The Idea Room last year and fell completely in love with it. It was so simple and fun to do. I bought 1/8 yard of fabric in coordinating colors for spring. I cut them into 5 inch x 3 1/4 inch pieces and cut six slits on each side of them. Lots of messy mod podge goes onto the back side of the fabric and then you have to try your hardest to make it super smooth along the outside. Seriously, this project was so simple and cheap. All I had to buy was the fabric and it cost about 2 dollars and I only used half of it. I absolutely love how it turned out.

I made this for my sons bathroom a while ago. I love it! It was really fun to make. I did it on a scrap piece of wood and used my cricut to cut out different colors of vinyl. It is such a fun thing to have in his bathroom.
I used other scrap pieces of wood and cut them to 9x9. Then I modged podged scrapbook paper on them with different emotions. These emotions, grumpy, excited, happy and sad, are all the different feeling my son has about bath time!

Okay, for real this project is super EASY. I did it in less than fifteen minutes. I was feeling kind of bad about not having any decor up for st. pattys day. So I whipped out this beauty.
Find coordinating papers and frames. I used 2 5x7's and 2 4x6's. I think it would look cute with 4 of the same size. If you don't have any lying around you can try a thrift store or the dollar store for some.
Cut the paper to size:
Find you stash of sparkle marbles
Glue on to say LUCK. I used hot glue, you could use E6000 too. The flash made the word hard to read but it looks fab on my shelf.
